Welcome to the NVHAA Leadership Application Form

Thank you for volunteering with NVHAA! Your time, experience, and talents are greatly appreciated. Please fill in the following form to complete the Leadership Application. Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted by NVHAA to set up an interview. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

Mission:

The mission of the NVHAA leadership team is to bring together believers of Jesus Christ who have a heart for ministry and a desire to serve others. Volunteer leaders will use their gifts to assist in the operation of the NVHAA.

Application Process

  1. Complete the NVHAA Leaders Application and return to the NVHAA Secretary or email to nvhaassoc@gmail.com An application MUST be completed for adult leaders who work with youth under the age of 18.
  2. Read the NVHAA Statement of Faith, Leadership Covenant and Core Values, NVHAA Policies & Procedures.
  3. Completion of this application is an expression of interest in serving with NVHAA but does not mean you have been accepted as a ministry leader.
  4. The NVHAA Board will review your application, contact personal references, complete a background check, and set up a time for an interview.
  5. You will be notified either by phone or email after your application is reviewed.
